I’ve noticed in the last few days that a few people have been becoming ‘fans’ on Facebook of this City of Heroes Page. While it’s cool that people want to be fans of COH, I wanted to point out to y’all that it’s not an ‘official’ page. (There isn’t an official ‘Page’ yet, but there will be.)
One of the big issues with Facebook Pages is that anyone can create them, and they don’t get vetted as official or not. As a result there are lots of well-meaning fans who create Pages that are totally unofficial. While there’s nothing wrong with this, I just wanted to point you to some Pages (and Groups) that I know are official, because we set ‘em up. If you’d like to become a fan/join a group, and want to get the inside scoop direct from the source, then join these.
For Tabula Rasa, we’ve got an official Page and an official Group. The group was created by Avatea, your friendly neighbourhood Community person for TR, so that’s why you know it’s the real deal. (Also Yours Truly is apparently an Admin too, so that’s a hint.)
Our two free-to-play games, Exteel and Dungeon Runners, both have an official Page apiece – here’s the DR page, and here’s Exteel.
Finally, thanks to the sterling efforts of the Aion Community team here in the EU, there’s a very big Facebook Group for the game. This seems like as good a time as any to point out that the official Aion site was relaunched this week – and very nice it is too.
We’ll get to official Pages (and in some cases, Groups) for all games in time, I expect. I’ll let you know when I hear of any popping up.

Nice
I’m a fan of one of the existing CoH groups on Facebook. Looking forward to what’s planned. You guys always do a good job.
